Shipping information
All shipments made by StockItaly24 are insured. Our partner couriers are Poste Italiane, SDA and Bartolini for shipments on national territory (in Italy), while for Europe we rely on TNT and UPS.
Costs and delivery times vary according to the stock purchased and according to the country of destination of the goods. The cost will be indicated in the cart at the time of checkout, in the shipping section, after entering the address.
You can check the status of the shipment thanks to the tracking number provided to the customer via email once the order has been shipped.
On average the delivery times are:
- 1-3 working days for Italy. Shipping to Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria may take 1-2 working days longer.
- 2-6 working days for Europe.
- 10-20 working days for the rest of the world.
Shipments may take longer at certain times of the year (such as during the Christmas holidays, the summer period, strikes, etc.).
Any delays in delivery are to be attributed to the shipper, StockItaly24 has no responsibility for the delivery times of orders.
If the customer wants to ship through his trusted courier or collect on site, all costs and responsibilities are borne by the customer.
Shipments outside the European Union:
For shipments of orders placed by non-EU customers with the shipping method " Contact us at +393936058997 or by email on info@stockitaly24.com to define the shipping costs to be paid later ", will follow email with cost estimate, to be paid by bank transfer within 5 working days.
If the payment of the shipping costs is not made within the required deadline, the order will be canceled and the goods will be made available for sale again.
The shipment will be made only when the payment is confirmed, or when the full amount will be credited to the StockItaly24 bank account.
We remind our customers that customs fees and any ancillary costs are always paid by the buyer and we are not able to tell you the amount of these costs. We recommend that you contact the customs of your country.
If the transport of the goods is carried out by the Extra-EU customer or by his trusted courier, we ask for the presentation of the documentation proving the exit of the goods from the European Union.
Order collection at our office :
The customer has the possibility to collect his order at our office. At the time of purchase, you must choose " Collection in person or by trusted courier " as the delivery method, then just make an appointment for the collection date by calling or writing to us at +393936058997 (also via WhatsApp), email at info@stockitaly24.com or contact form on the site.
The cost of picking up in person by the customer or by trusted courier is always borne by the customer who also assumes full responsibility since the goods leave our warehouse.

Cash on delivery:
We offer the possibility to pay cash on delivery, only in Italy , only in cash and for total amount of the order not exceeding 999 , 99 € Even for cash on delivery, shipping is always insured.
To be able to pay cash on delivery, simply select the shipping method " Insured Cash on Delivery " and then choose " Cash on Delivery " as the payment method (which has a maximum limit of € 999 , 99 per order including shipping cost and any taxes).
The payment of the order and of the shipment on delivery must be made in cash and for the full amount to the courier who delivers the order.
ATTENTION: The order with cash on delivery is confirmed only and exclusively in Italy, if cash on delivery has also been chosen as a shipping method and for a total amount of the order less than 999 , 99 €, otherwise the order will be canceled and we will contact you to assist you in the purchase.
Scheduled Delivery:
The service gives the customer the possibility to plan the deliveries of the purchased stock. In this way the customer insures goods for the new season and does not take up space that he can use for other reasons or that he may not have available, this leads the customer to have a great saving in terms of warehouse with the high costs he has. t2>
The customer can buy the stocks online, by phone or at our warehouse, we will take care of putting aside his order, which will be shipped on the agreed day (or collected at our office on the date defined by mutual agreement). t2>
General rules of the service:

- To use the service, select as shipping method " Collection in person or by trusted courier " if you wish to later collect the order in person or by trusted courier .
- After completing the order, you will be contacted by our sales manager to define the shipping or collection date.
- Stocks must be paid for in full.
- Shipment can be scheduled within 3 months from the time of purchase.
