Shipping information

All shipments made by StockItaly24 are insured. Our partner couriers are Poste Italiane, SDA and Bartolini for shipments on national territory (in Italy), while for Europe we rely on TNT and UPS.

Delivery costs and times vary depending on the stock purchased and the country of destination of the goods. The cost will be indicated in the cart at checkout, in the shipping section, after entering the address.

It is possible to check the status of the shipment thanks to the tracking number provided to the customer via email once the order has been shipped.

 

On average delivery times are:

  • 1-3 working days for Italy. Shipping to Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria may take 1-2 working days longer.
  • 2-6 working days for Europe.
  • 10-20 working days for the rest of the world.

Shipments may take longer at certain times of the year (such as during the Christmas holidays, the summer period, strikes, etc.).

Any delays in delivery are to be attributed to the shipping company, StockItaly24 has no responsibility for the delivery times of orders.

 

If the customer wishes to ship via his trusted courier or collect on site, all costs and responsibilities are borne by the customer.

 

Shipments outside the European Union:

For shipments of orders placed by non-EU customers with the "shipping method"Contact us at +393936058997 or via email on info@stockitaly24.com to define the shipping costs to be paid later“, an email will follow with a cost estimate, to be paid by bank transfer within 5 working days.

If payment of shipping costs is not made within the required deadlines, the order will be canceled and the goods will be made available for sale again.

The shipment will be made only when the payment is confirmed, i.e. when the entire amount is credited to the StockItaly24 current account.

We remind our customers that customs fees and any additional costs are always the responsibility of the buyer and we are not able to tell you the amount of these costs. We advise you to contact the customs of your country.

If the transport of the goods is carried out by the non-EU customer or by his trusted courier, we ask for the presentation of the documentation proving the exit of the goods from the European Union.

 

Collection of the order at our office:

The customer has the possibility to collect his order at our office. At the time of purchase you must choose "Collection in person or via trusted courier” as the delivery method, after which it will be enough to make an appointment for the collection date by calling us or writing to us at the number +393936058997 (also via WhatsApp), email to the address info@stockitaly24.com or contact form on the site.

The cost of collection in person by the customer or via trusted courier is always borne by the customer who also assumes total responsibility from the moment the goods leave our warehouse.

Cash on delivery shipments:

We offer the possibility of paying on delivery, only in Italy, cash only and for total order amount not exceeding €999.99. Even for cash on delivery, shipping is always insured.

To pay by cash on delivery, simply select the shipping method "Insured cash on delivery" and then choose the payment method "Cash on delivery" (which has a maximum limit of €999.99 per order including shipping costs and any taxes).

Payment for the order and cash on delivery must be made in cash and for the entire amount to the courier who delivers the order.

ATTENTION: The order with cash on delivery is confirmed only and exclusively in Italy, if cash on delivery has also been chosen as a shipping method and for a total order amount of less than €999.99, otherwise the order will be canceled and we will contact you for assist you with your purchase.

 

Scheduled Delivery:

The service gives the customer the opportunity to plan deliveries of purchased stocks. In this way the customer secures goods for the new season and does not take up space that he can use for something else or that perhaps he does not have available, this leads the customer to have great savings in terms of warehouse with the high costs he has.

The customer can view the stocks online, by telephone or at our warehouse, we will take care of putting aside his order, which will be shipped on the agreed day (or collected at our headquarters on the date defined by mutual agreement).

General rules of the service:

  • Stocks must be paid for in full.
  • You can schedule shipping within 3 months of purchase.
