Refund Policy

StockItaly24 accepts returns no later than 14 days from the delivery date of the order and therefore to be understood only in situations in which the order is sent by courier and is not viewed on site. Returns are not accepted for orders purchased with on-site collection.

The return procedure takes place as follows:

• The request must be made via email to the address info@stockitaly24.com within 14 days of receiving the order, with indicating the reference number of the stock to be returned.
• Stocks must be returned always and only in their entirety and in the original packaging. Partial returns are not accepted.
• We will contact you to define the shipping times for the return to our office.
  
• The buyer will have to ship the goods via your trusted courier.
• Return shipping costs are always borne by the buyer.
• StockItaly24 reserves the right to withhold a part of the refund amount in the event of goods damaged or lost during transport, it is therefore advisable to carefully package the goods and make an insured shipment.
• The buyer is asked to send a copy of the return shipping slip via email.
• The buyer will receive confirmation of receipt of the return shipment at our warehouse within 1-2 business days of delivery.
• Our staff will check and verify that the return is in compliance with what has been indicated up to this point and that all the pieces indicated in the packing list of the returned stock are present.
• Within 5 working days, in the event of a positive outcome of the aforementioned checks, the customer will receive an email confirming the issue of the refund and the related credit note. Crediting times may vary depending on the payment method and bank.
