Refund Policy

StockItaly24 accepts returns no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the order and therefore to be understood only in situations where the order is sent by courier and is not viewed on site. Returns are not accepted for orders purchased with on-site collection.

The return procedure takes place as follows:

• The request must be made by email at info@stockitaly24.com within 14 days of receiving the order, with indicating the reference number of the stock to be returned.
• Stocks must be returned always and only in their entirety and in their original packaging. Partial returns are not accepted.
• We will contact you to define the shipping times for the return to our office.
  
• The buyer must send the goods via his trusted courier .
• The shipping costs of the return are always borne by the buyer .
• StockItaly24 reserves the right to withhold a part of the refund amount in case of goods damaged or lost during transport, it is therefore advisable to carefully pack the goods and make an insured shipment.
• The buyer is asked to send a copy of the return shipping note by e-mail.
• The buyer will receive a confirmation of receipt of the return shipment at our warehouse within 1-2 business days of delivery.
• Our staff will check and verify that the return is in compliance with what is indicated up to this point and that there are all the pieces indicated in the packinglist of the returned stock.
• Within 5 working days, in the event of a positive outcome of the aforementioned checks, the customer will receive an email confirming that the refund has been issued and the related credit note. Credit times may vary depending on the payment method and bank.
